After winning a scholarship awarded by Cameron Mackintosh, Johnny secured his first principal role in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s West End production of Starlight Express. He followed this up with principle roles in Miss Saigon, Joseph And His Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat , Five Guys Named Mo and Notre Dame de Paris.

Following in the foot steps of Martha Reeves & Edwin Star he went on to narrate the Motown West End Musical hit Dancing in the Streets for which he received rave reviews.


His talents strecth beyond the stage where he has achieved success as a composer & featured artist on TV and film commercials such as Pringles, Just Juice, TDK, Skittles, Toyota and Mercedes Benz

Johnny has headlined in some of the finest venues in the world including Dury Lane, The London Palladium, The Lyric, Shaftsbury Ave, The Dominion, Cambridge Theatre, The Apollo Victoria, The Royal Albert Hall, Burj Al-Arab Dubi and The Apollo New York to name just a few.



London based Chantelle studied jazz and popular music in Newcastle and now performs across a wide cross section of musical genres including jazz, funk, soul, pop and most contemporary styles.

She moved to London in the 90s ‘purely to sing’.

Her credits include radio and television work as well as writing and recording both for herself and other artists. She is the lead singer in original band Berakah.

Chantelle has backed various artists including Nile Rodgers, Ronnie Wood, Jamelia, Joss Stone, Mica Paris, Brian May, Roy Ayers, KT Tunstall, Melanie C, Camilla Kerslake, Dr John, Nerina Pallot, Sharon Corr, Brian May, ABC, Alexander O’Neil and Maceo Parker.



At age 18 Michelle joined The London Community Gospel Choir , and during her 11 yrs as a member she toured Europe extensively and participated in various recordings ranging from Spiritualised to Tom Jones.

In the late 90s she landed herself a top 20 UK chart hit through the Ministry of Sound label.

Over the last 10 years she’s been Eric Clapton’s backing vocalist and toured extensively through North and South America, Japan, Asia Australia and Europe.

She’s established herself as one of the UKs best vocal coaches working on the early Pop Idol shows and with artist including Razorlight, Girls Aloud, Atomic Kitten, Westlife and most recently breakthrough act Rita Ora.

Having recently completed backing vocals on the last three Will Young tours Michelle went back into the studio to produce her self penned 5 track EP ‘Little Me’.



Gina Foster has been a solo artist and a noted part of the UK session scene for many years.

Working in several different styles, she has had the pleasure of being employed by the likes of Eric Clapton, Stevie Wonder, Annie Lennox, Bill Wyman, Natalie Cole, Robin Gibb, ABC, Swing Out Sister, Sinead O’Connor, Alison Moyet, Michael McDonald and Pete Townshend.

She has toured the world several times and has just returned from Japan with Swing Out Sister. As well as major live tours, film and video she has worked on radio shows and also TV shows such as Later..With Jools Holland, The Voice and Strictly Come Dancing.



H.M. Ambassador of Loungecore has sung and played records across Europe.

He is renowned for his iconic easy listening night Indigo at Madame Jojo’s where he introduced performers like The Mike Flowers Pops and Armstrong and Miller and presented legends like Burt Bacharach, Herb Alpert and Tony Bennett.

The love child of Sammy Davis and Bryan Ferry. His supercharged baritone and quick feet have led to him carousing nights as disparate as the Crazy Horse in Paris, The Vienna Opera House and Bethnal Green Working Mens Club.



A graduate of the Trinity College of Music in London (awared the Archers Scholarship) Jimmy immediately started playing with the cream of London’s musicians including Dave Finnegan’s “The Commitments”, The Winston Rollins Big Band, The Pasadena Roof Orchestra and The Syd Lawrence Orchestra, in venues as diverse as Ronnie Scotts to Wembley Arena.

Jimmy has extensive experience of providing private and corporate event entertainment with his other successful band The Jazz Cannons.

He performed for Richard Branson at the inaugural Virgin flight to Dubai and a number of his New Years Eve parties, Roger Taylor’s 50th birthday party and numerous high end corporate events for the likes of Vodafone, Marks & Spencer and Price Waterhouse Coopers to name but a few.

Most recently Jimmy can be seen as a regular UK band member for the legend that is Tom Jones

Outside of his live work Jimmy composes and records music for big brand clients and film producers.



Matt studied at the Trinity College of Music in London under the tutorship of Bobby Lamb of the legendry Woody Herman big band. Prior to his time in the West End, Matt immersed himself in the London jazz scene and could be seen on a regular basis at all the great venues including Ronnie Scotts, the 606 Club and The Vortex.



Tom has recorded and performed with artists from all around the musical world including English folk legends  Martin Carthy, Eliza Carthy and Norma Waterson (Holy Heathens and the Old Green Man), Tim Van Eyken (Stiffs, Lovers, Holymen, Thieves), Bellowhead (Umbrellohead; The Beginning), Stornoway (Tales from Terra Firma & You Don’t Know Anything).

As part of Africa Express he has performed with Damon Albarn (Blur), John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin), Rokia Traore, Fatoumata Diawara, The Rizzle Kicks, Kano & Bashy, African Boy, The Noisettes and Gorillaz.

He has recorded for television productions including Harry Enfield and Paul Whitehouse as well as Benidorm.

Other work includes seasons with the Royal Shakespeare Company, performances with contemporary music ensemble Noszferatu (XL) and numerous broadcast performances for Giles Peterson and Radio 3.

He can play little F and G march in all keys.



Liam’s influences are from the greats such as Marcus Miller, Larry graham and Louis Johnson. He began to explore the 90’s era of music and developed a love for bebop and jazz fusion, studying great musicians such as Jaco Pastorious. Being brought up in the church and still attending to this very day, has helped to enhance his natural gift and feel for the bass guitar.



Has worked with and musically directed shows with a varied number of brilliant artists including Katie Melua, Corinne Bailey Rae, Sir Tom Jones, Shirley Bassey, Nitin Sawhney, Lee Mead, Cerys Matthews, Roots Manuva, Paloma Faith, Professor Green, Nadine Coyle, Andreya Triana and Aqualung.

He’s performed on US hit shows including Saturday Night Live, Jay Leno, Oprah Winfrey, The Letterman Show.

Closer to home he’s regularly featured in bands on TV shows including Later with Jools, Parkinson and live at events including Glastonbury, V Festival, Wireless and T in the Park.



Numerous world tours as guitarist with The Style Council with Paul Weller, Elaine Paige, Womack and Womack and Matt Bianco.

Played guitar on The Lighthouse Family Quadruple Platinum “Ocean Drive” album, Robert Palmer “Sweet Lies” and Friday Hill’s top 10 hit single “Baby Goodbye”

Various TV appearances and recording as lead guitarist with Womack & Womack, Jimmy Ruffin, Randy Crawford, Sister Sledge, Chaka Kahn, Olivia Newton-John, Agnetha Faltskog (from Abba) and Mary J Blige.



Mike is an experienced musician who has done both T.V and radio performances. He has played guitar for a wide variety of artists including Professor Green, Cerys Matthews, Lee Mead, Tom Jones and Ed Drewett. Mike is also currently playing for Jahmene Douglas.



Mark studied jazz drums at Trinity College of Music following the busy gigging teenage years, two world cruises and a season at Le Sporting Club in Monte Carlo. After more gigs he toured around the country with various shows until working in the West End.

TV and radio shows have featured heavily in Marks career and he continues to work with some of the nations favourite comedians, most notably Harry Hill.

Mark has played with artists as diverse as Frank Sinatra and Harry Hill, Mel C and Shirley Bassey, Donny Osmond and Alice Cooper. Mark remains and busy session drummer and percussionist in London as well as running a music shop and academy in Sutton.



Chris Jerome is a dynamic, versatile keyboard player/pianist who has performed and recorded with a multitude of ground-breaking artists in the realms of jazz, r&b, world music, pop etc, as well as leading his own bands.

His musical journey started at the age of six when he was introduced to the piano and has continued and developed ever since.

His reputation for versatility, creativity and professionalism continues to grow and has seen him perform and tour all over the world, as well as featuring on many succesful recordings.

He spent eight years as keyboard player with the UK’s premier jazz musician Courtney Pine playing at some of the world’s most prestigious concert halls and festivals.

He has also performed/toured/recorded with: Tom Jones, Madonna, Lionel Richie, Rose Royce, Womack and Womack, Sister Sledge, Maxi Jazz (Faithless), Imagination , Beverley Knight, Jamelia, Osibisa, Jazz Jamaica, Hugh Masekela.

He has recently released his debut, self-produced solo album entitled ‘Long Distance’.
